- professional activation of young unemployed from rural areas,

Main objective: Improving the level of professional activity and ability of employment of unemployed and those, who are outside of active employment from rural areas under 30 years old.
Transnational actions:
1) Training for coaches, advisors, job placement agents, managing team of the project, which is introducing new methods of teaching, advising, substantive service.

2) Vocational consulting, job placement, vocational trainings for course participants based on the method of training, advising (tests, questionnaires, or supervisions, mentoring or other tools).

DESCRIPTION of the Center Education and Culture
- preparation of graduates in vocational schools to work
Title: The Opportunity for Professional Career
Main objectives:
1) Preparing students for entering the Polish and European labour market after vocational schools graduation, and improving their chances for employment.
2) Making students acquainted with the structure of English workplaces, employers’ requirements, management system, colleagues relations and practical skills required for a job which is in accordance with their field of study; this is to be achieved by means of shadowing method.
3) Adapting shadowing method on Polish ground as a method of practical vocational training.
Transnational actions:
1) Analyzing solutions used in Poland and other European countries in the range of practical vocational training. Effective use of shadowing method and validity of creating portfolio as means helping in work searching.
2) Establishing cooperation with English employers who are experienced in using shadowing method and are ready to admit 20 students to 40-hour practices (2 weeks in February, 2015).
3) Controlling practices and the method of documenting students’ professional development in portfolios.
4) Assisting in developing guides concerning effective use of shadowing method for Polish employers
