We are pleased to introduce a guide for promoters of transnational cooperation projects implemented within the framework of the Human Capital Operational Programme. The guide has been developed based on the experiences gathered by the beneficiares of the Leonardo da Vinci Programme and the EQUAL Community Initiative.
