Polish non-governmental organization Amicus Society is looking for a transnational partner to the project concerning reconciliation of professional and family life.
The aims of the transnational cooperation are:
- Creation of convenient conditions to combine both work and family life of parents and simultaneously NGO workers from the city of Białystok through providing of the care for the child till the age of 3 in the near-institution kindergarten till 31.12.2014.
- Increase of opportunities of coming back/entering the job market of 15 parents (12 women and 3 men) through providing of care for their children in the kindergarten till 31.12.2014.
- Exploitation of good practices transferred from the transnational Partner in the field of the care for children till the age of 3 in the kindergarten till 31.12.2014.
The main activities are following:
- Three study visits are planned to be conducted – two visits in the transnational Partner’s country, and one in Poland. During these study visits the panel of experts, including those from the field of the work with children till the age of 3.
- A conference at the end of the project, summing up the realization of the project, into which the transnational Partner is going to be invited.
Expected outcomes (effects):
- Adaptation of the methods of work with small children till the age of 3 used by our Partner and to implement these methods into Polish system, of course taking into account possibilities of adjusting new solutions.
